House hunt are slow to respond to maintenance issues, it takes a number of emails/calls before they take you seriously and come round to sort things out.
The letting agents were very helpful at the start of the tenancy with things such as giving us keys/starting the tenancy. However, they have been very poor since. They regularly fail to help when things have gone wrong such as broken appliances. An example of this would be us having to wait 6 months for a functioning hoover or 3 months for a functioning washing machine. They often make endless false promises and the only way to get action is to walk into the office which is often inconvienient.
Contract and viewings were easy and efficient, however the fixing of problems with the house has not been. Often poor communication and slow to fix quite big problems. Other than that the house is in a liveable condition.
