What a terribly biased article promoting an agent that doesn’t even have a shop & operates from a back office. They call my friends relentlessly asking them to leave good reviews online & hinted it could be a problem if they didn’t.

The problem in Brighton is the shortage of properties and agents do not give a flying xxx about you!

The main aim of any letting agent is to attract more landlords to that business isn’t affected. The same goes without saying for the tenants. However it is possible to take help from referencing companies so that all the parties are satisfied. But if you don’t get it right it can lead to serious consequences.
