House wasn’t maintained very well at all. Most problems ignored or left unresolved. Wouldn’t recommend.

Place is maintained well and got improvements in my time there, mostly by the landlord’s volition, but the company itself is quick to respond. The landlord is honestly really nice, and everything about the flat and contract is explained well. Got my deposit back.

Pretty good at responding to requests and problems, although I feel like you don’t get what you pay for. Also our replacement oven was too small
