What a house. Showers a bit drippy tho

It is easy and convenient to send the money for the rents and there is good communication with the landlords. In my case my rent is relatively low and they always helped when I needed anything in the house.

Some houses are of quality but the rest are not. Mould, poor infrastructure, broken and outdated things is consistent across 95% of the houses. They’re not homely and where I’d choose to live. Housing company doesn’t care about issues that can impacts health (no fire blankets, no working fire alarms, black mould, no keys for back fire exit)

My experience with the letting agency was neither particularly positive nor negative. While they were able to find a suitable rental property for me, there were a few minor issues and miscommunications that made the process slightly frustrating. However, overall their service was satisfactory and I was able to rent a property that met my needs.

AWFUL THIEVES! Moved out in December 2014 and still haven’t got our deposit back! They owe us over £800! We always paid our rent on time and didn’t damage a thing! They don’t even have an excuse as to why they won’t give it back! Went into see them to ask them in person to ask why I still haven’t got my deposit back in 3 months and the guy who works there called Ben just said he doesn’t know why, kept going on about passing my message on to a non existent “accounts department” and told me I’d have to take them to court if I wanted my money back. Property Vibe are an absolute disgrace.
