M and d properties or Midas as they are known are a bunch of crooks. They take your money don’t answer any calls or solve any problems then try to keep the deposit with made up stuff.

Absolute JOKE of a company. Andy Dillon and Mari Dillon have NO public dealing whatsoever. The worst estate agents/letting agents. Disgusting and rude. Trading under so many different names. Not professional. They get agitated at any fact and are liars and deceivers, calling themselves directors yet they are so unbelievably arrogant and childish. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, MIDAS, HQ REFERENCING OR ANYTHING RELATED TO THESE PEOPLE. Do your research on companies house and make sure these people are nowhere to be mentioned. They will scam you, give you hope, try to shut you up by speaking to you like you’re scum…which is only a true representation of themselves. They DO NOT communicate AT ALL and when they do, they force you into making a decision a day before you start your lease, ha! Pathetic. Extremely incompetent and u reliable.
