They were okay through the booking process but ever since we’ve moved in haven’t really heard from them. Had an issue with my wardrobe since October that they still haven’t fixed. Since moving offices it feels like we don’t have a letting agent anymore. But overall could be worse, and when we do hear from them they are friendly.

Landlord of the property has been really efficient and helpful came out really quickly when there was problems. The agency haven’t been so good and would often “lose” our payments and then tell us we were in arrears but after a few weeks this would be sorted
