Once the paperwork is signed you really are on your own with this bunch .When we moved into the property, it was in the same state we saw it when we went to see it, even though we were ensured that it would be cleaned and re painted.When we had any issues with the property that required someone to come out it took forever to get sorted, and one problem we were promised would be sorted out time and time again, still wasn’t sorted when we moved out! It was so disappointing the levels of service or lack there of.

Absolutely the worst, once they have you the only contact you will have will be for rent payments. They do not solve problems – period. Had a few incidents where they let themselves in unannounced.

They only care about money!!!!!

Simply not good enough still waiting for problems in our house to be rectified.

Cambridge have been OK throughout our tenancy a few missed calls and emails here and there but overall satisfactory.

Pathetic excuse for an estate agent as soon as our papers were signed they were of no help. As stated in the title DON’T USE.
