I have lived with Bryce Properties for two years and they are always very helpful and quick to attend to our needs.

I have lived with Bruce properties for 2 years now and I am living with them next year too. They always help us with our problems. Paul the maintenance man is amazingly helpful.

Bryce are really chill and are understanding of things that go on. They have a good maintenance team and are always very lovely when going into office

The rooms are big , good price , some mould and is a bit run down, fast response to emails but sometimes takes a bit longer to actually get things sorted in the flats, overall good

The house is nice with a good layout, but things only get sorted when they have to be. They have refused to repair one of the hobs in our house for example as “4/5 still work”. No parking also which isn’t great

It’s okay, had quite a few issues with the landlord charging only us for a communal building service and things being broken in the flat when we arrived. But the flat is nice

Generally good, nice sized house and rooms in a decent area. Maintenance can be a little slow to sort some things out but can be better for others. Reception are usually easy to get hold of though.

Is very good. Modern nice house – shared areas are really good. Maintenance often respond very quick which is amazing. No parking which is a bit rubbish The bedrooms are very small, arguably too expensive for what you get
